Concrete help in Missouri
Missouri is covered at its two edges and nowhere in between. The Kansas City metro sits on the western border and spills into Kansas; the St. Louis metro sits on the eastern border and reaches toward the Mississippi.
Roughly two hundred and fifty miles separate them, and nothing in that gap is covered. Saying so is more useful than a page that implies the whole state.
What coverage in Missouri actually looks like
On the western side, the covered Missouri communities are the ones that grew along the river bluffs and out toward the eastern suburbs, and they sit alongside a set of Kansas communities in the same metro. A request from either side of that border is handled the same way.
On the eastern side, the covered communities run west from the city along the corridor that filled in during the second half of the last century, plus a river town on the far side that predates most of them by a long way.
Springfield, Columbia, Jefferson City and the rural counties between the two metros have no coverage. There is no page for them and no crew assigned, and we would rather a homeowner there learned that in one sentence than after filling in a form.
