What coverage in Minnesota actually looks like
The covered area holds two urban cores that grew as separate places with separate street patterns before the ground between them filled in. A homeowner in one of them is not in a suburb of the other, and the individual pages treat them accordingly.
Around those cores sits a ring of communities that arrived in distinct waves — an inner band that filled quickly after the war, a middle band that followed the road network outward, and an outer band that is comparatively young. Which band a property sits in tells you more about what is in its ground than which municipality it belongs to.
Duluth, Rochester, St. Cloud and the remainder of the state lie wholly outside coverage. No contractor holds any of them and none has a page here, since there would be nothing standing behind it.
